Shoana McManus
Managing Director and Principal Consultant
Shoana founded Art of Staff Pty Ltd in late 2003 after working in various government roles as a strategic HR Consultant. Shoana has built Art of Staff to provide a wide range of human resources, business planning and training & development services to clients in small to medium private enterprises, not-for-profit sector and the South Australian Public Sector.
Shoana’s passion is using human resources and organisational development practices to drive performance. Shoana’s approach to work is through building partnerships with clients to gain a strategic and holistic understanding of their organisation which underpins the development of practical and achievable solutions that improve performance. With extensive experience in organisational design, team structures, recruitment and performance management Shoana, can find a solution to meet your needs.
Shoana holds a Masters in Human Resources Management, Cert IV Workplace Assessment and Training and is an accredited provider of the Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile.
Alexa Leach
Senior Human Resources Consultant
Alexa joined the Art of Staff team in October 2009. Alexa has over 8 years experience with the past 5 years specialising in human resource management. Alexa has experience providing a range of human resource services to clients in both the Western Australian and South Australian public sectors.
Alexa has strong skills in job design, position classification and recruitment and selection. She particularly enjoys partnering with clients to understand their business and provide solutions that add real value to their organisation.
Alexa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
